“Centralnaya” mini CHP
Location: Primorsky region, Russky Island
The electric power: 33.0 MW
The heat power: 143.4 MW (123.3 Gcal/h)
The basic equipment:
− 5 package duel-fuel (gas/diesel oil) gas-turbine units (GTU) of the type GPB 70 of the firm KAWASAKI (Japan), electric power of each GTU – 6.6 MW (on gas) and 5.8 MW (on diesel oil) with waste-heat boilers of the type ROSINK ECO-SPI-5,5, delivery of EUROASIATIK MACHINERI(s)PTE.LTD (Singapore) with heat power of each – 10.68 MW;
− 6 peak hot-water boilers “TERMOTECHNIC” of the type ТТ 100 of the firm “ENTROROS” (Russia) with the heat power of each – 15.0 MW, with duel-fuel burners OILON GKP-1600 ME (gas/diesel oil) of the firm Oilon (Finland);
− 2 modular containerized diesel power plant GMC1400 with electric power 1000kW of the production GM (Russia).
The site putting into commissioning: April, 2012.
The main fuel of generating equipment of mini CHP is gas, the backup source is diesel oil.
The ability to work on two types of fuel increases the efficiency and reliability of the power layout of the facilities under construction on the Russky Island.
“Centralnaya” mini CHP is located in the area of the bay Balky, south-west of the business center of APEC summit and it is intended to provide electricity and heat to the customers and facilities of the central part of building of APEC summit. Later CHP will be the main source of electricity and heat supply for the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) and will connect to the projected heat and electricity networks.
